When can I expect my order?

Each and every Yearly Co. product is hand made to order. We review your size and custom details and create your piece just for you. Due to this custom process, the order fulfillment times are as follows:

Classic bangles: 2-3 weeks

Initial Bangles: 3-4 weeks

Engraved Bangles: 4-6 weeks

Orders over 10 bangles: 4 weeks

Rings, earrings and necklaces: 2-3 weeks

Rush requests:
If you are ordering classic, heavy weight, or double weight bangles (1-5) we can RUSH ship them to receive them within 7 days for $45.

If you are ordering an initial bangle, decade, or milestone bangle the RUSH delivery is 10 days for $45.

If you are ordering an engraved initial or monogram bangle the RUSH delivery is 3-4 weeks for $45.

*If there is a special date you are hoping to receive your order by, Please mark that date in the “notes about your order” field at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.

How do I care for my bangles?

As delicate as your bangles are, they stand up to everyday wear.

All Yearly Co. items are made of solid 14k gold and can be worn 24/7, including in the shower.

*Please note that on occassionaly the chemicals in swimming pools can create a reaction turning your skin green or black while wearing 14k gold. Remove your items and clean skin and jewelry after contact with pools or hot tubs.

Each item is made to order, by hand, and slight variations and imperfections are normal. 

If your bangles become dirty or cloudy, just wipe clean with the included polishing cloth.

In very rare cases if a bangle breaks please contact hello@yearlyco.com for information about repairs.

What size do bangles come in and how do I know my size?

Bangles come in increments of 1/4" from 7" - 8". Custom sizing also available. Please order a set of sizing bangles to ensure a perfect fit.

Custom sizing below 7" and above 8" are available. Please order a set of sizing bangles to ensure a perfect fit and email Hello@YearlyCo.com for custom sizers outside of the listed range.

What happens if I need a resize or return?

If you're in any way unhappy with your purchase, we have a full refund return or exchange policy in the first 30 days from receiving your item (excludes custom stamping or engraving). Please email us to request a refund and we will work with you to return the item and get your money credited back to your card or saved for future use at YearlyCo.com. Please note that all products are eligible for a refund or store credit except for the Engraved Decade and Engraved Milestone as these items are final sale. 

If your bangle arrives and does not fit please email Hello@YearlyCo.com within 14 days of receiving your piece. Our resizing fee is 10% of the original cost of the bangle plus additional fees for shipping and/or customization. A resize can be “purchased” HERE.

Customized items with initials or dates cannot be returned, but can be resized HERE.

Please specify all necessary details upon order confirmation. 

Email us at Hello@YearlyCo.com for a shipping label if not reciveved 24 business hours after purchasing your resize.

Yearly Co. does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package. Once we receive the package, a refund will be issued for the original amount that was paid (minus shipping) and should take 4-7 days to return to your card or account. 

Shipping Policy

We provide secure and insured shipping on all merchandise inside the United States via FedEx.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking # will be provided and we will do our best to assist you in the event that a package is delayed. Please allow 3-4 weeks from order to delivery, 4-6 weeks for any bangle with engraving.
